SHIPPING
We will dispatch all orders within two working days of purchase
We use DPD, Hermes and Royal Mail which usually takes between 2 - 5 business working days from dispatch. Please allow up to 7 days for busy periods and public holidays.
We are currently delivery to mainland UK only.
Flat rate shipping at £4.95 for orders, shipping costs calculated automatically at checkout.
We cannot take responsibility if your listed delivery address is incorrect, therefore please ensure this is entered correctly.
We will pass on your contact details to our courier so that they may contact you with any delivery queries.
If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
RETURNS
We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you would like to arrange a return please contact us within 14 days to arrange this.

Orders will need to be returned in their original packaging at your own cost within 14 days of purchase.
You must use a tracked delivery service and retain your proof of dispatch as we cannot be responsible for lost items, or items that have been damaged in transit.
Please allow up to 14 days for your bank to show any returned funds.
FAULTY ITEMS
We take great care when packaging your items, however should you receive a faulty item please get in touch with us ASAP and provide photographic evidence of the fault or damage.
Please email thenorfolkbarn@gmail.com to notify of us, so that we can ensure the item is refunded or for a replacement to be sent to you.
RECYCLING POLICY
At The Norfolk Barn we want to do our bit for the environment, therefore we may use clean, recycled boxes and protective packaging where possible.
Our own packaging is an eco-friendly filler made from potato starch - this is a natural product which can dissolve in water and is suitable for composting in your garden! A much greener alternative to plastic that would sit in landfill for many years.
Any items available for pre-order will state estimated shipping dates - these are eliminates to the best of our knowledge and therefore cannot be guaranteed or relied upon.
